No. All our services are either provided online (remote) or on-site at the customer’s location (currently in Lausanne and Yverdon). There is no physical office for visits.
Yes. Remote services are available across Switzerland and even internationally. On-site services are currently limited to the canton of Vaud (Lausanne and Yverdon).
Service fees depend on the type of work (software, hardware, network installation, etc.). Payment is currently accepted in cash or via bank transfer after the service is completed. An online payment gateway will be available in the future.
Cancellations or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
If cancelled less than 24 hours before, a fee of CHF 20–25 will be charged for travel or technician reservation.
Yes. We are committed to keeping all your personal data and files strictly confidential. Before any repair or installation, we recommend customers make a backup of their data.

Professional software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SolidWorks, MATLAB, SPSS, Cubase, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, and many more.
Yes. Installing games on Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo is part of our services.
The technician is required to review the new issue and inform you before any additional costs are applied. No charges will be made without the customer’s knowledge and approval.
